This historic building, with its distinctive yellow color and Dutch colonial architecture, stands as one of the island’s institutional landmarks. Its symmetrical design, arched windows, and central tower highlight the cultural legacy of Curaçao.

In Curaçao Metaverse Racing, this structure has been faithfully reimagined in the digital environment, allowing players to recognize and explore spaces inspired by real-world buildings—connecting tourism with interactive gameplay.

Plays a vital role in safeguarding the island’s historical memory. Located in the Scharloo district, it occupies a beautifully restored colonial building with neoclassical architecture—featuring columns, decorative moldings, and a symmetrical pastel façade.

 

Inside, it houses centuries of records, maps, and historical documents that reflect Curaçao’s cultural heritage.

QUEEN EMMA

FLOATING BRIDGE

Is an iconic floating pedestrian bridge that connects the historic districts of Punda and Otrobanda in Willemstad, Curaçao. With its pontoon design and swinging mechanism, it is one of the island’s most recognizable landmarks.

 

In the metaverse, the bridge is reimagined as the starting point of the race. This digital version preserves its symbolic essence while launching players into a colorful, fast-paced journey through Curaçao’s virtual beauty.

GOUVERNEUR DE ROUVILLE

Is a historic building located on the waterfront in the Otrobanda district of Willemstad. Featuring 18th-century Dutch colonial architecture, it stands out with its earth-toned symmetrical façade, red-tiled gable roofs, and wide columned verandas.

 

Now operating as a restaurant, it offers iconic views of the harbor and the Queen Emma Bridge. It’s a landmark that blends elegance, history, and local tradition at the heart of Curaçao.

Willemstad, this section of the track captures the vibrant charm of Punda’s waterfront. Lined with colonial-style buildings and overlooking the bay, it serves as a key area in the race circuit—where culture meets competition.

ELEVATED RAMP - SECTION 05

This section of the track takes racers up an elevated ramp surrounded by island-style architecture and tropical greenery. On the left, the red houses with staircases reflect Curaçao’s traditional design, while the incline challenges players to maintain control and precision.

DOCKSIDE AREA – SEASIDE CURVE

This section of the track runs along the dock and leads players through an elevated curve next to a docked cruise ship. The area features anchored boats, a hidden shortcut, and speed boosters that ramp up the intensity. Surrounded by open sea and a lively Caribbean atmosphere, it’s a thrilling highlight of the circuit.
